1st Jewellery Showcase, 8 January 2010 @ Asian Roots, Putra Heights, Subang

January 8, 2010 was a good kick-off for Toko Collections and Asian Roots. We (Faizal and myself) would like to thank Asian Roots management for giving us the opportunity to use their beautiful Balinese showroom to showcase our range of jewelleries. The respond was great and we are looking to have more of these joint-promotion in future.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All items are either one of a kind or only available in limited quantities.

2. We operate on a 'first-come-first-serve' basis. Only serious buyers are welcome and we will respond likewise.

3. Items may be reserved for a maximum of 3 days only.

4. Items are considered SOLD upon receipt of your confirmation and payment. Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.

5. Items will be mailed out within 2 or 3 days after payment is received. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

6. Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) can be arranged within Bandar Utama and Taman Tun Dr Ismail areas (or any other if you are persuasive enough).

ORDERING PROCEDURE

1. Choose your favorite items and send us an email.

2. Please enclose your name, description and code of the item(s), address, quantity (where applicable), contact number and method of delivery required.

3. Once we have received your email, the item(s) will be considered reserved and we will send you a confirmation email, with the amount payable within 3 days.

4. Your reservation period of 3 days commences after our email to you. Please reply to the confirmation email as soon as possible.

5. Bank-in or transfer the payment to our account (MBB Maybank or RHB Bank) within 48 hours after confirmation. Email us or text us after payment is made.

6. For Cash On Delivery (C.O.D), email us for confirmation and we will follow-up with a call to arrange a transaction location.

POSTAGE VIA POS LAJU/ COURIER CHARGES
(varies according to weight and size, the actual postage amount + a nominal amount for packaging will be quoted).
